In this inquiry, students will analyze newspaper articles and graphs in order to determine why women may not have rallied behind women’s candidates in the past. This inquiry uses sources which look at past elections as well as graphs which showcase American perceptions on potential candidates. Included with this item is: the lesson plan, a modified version of said lesson plan at the middle school level, a lesson specific powerpoint, as well as two teacher resources which help answer each lesson plan. If you modify any of the materials please feel free to send them back to us, so we can see where you made changes.
