In this inquiry, students explore women's motivations to participate in the WWI effort, looking closely at recruitment posters as well as the words of women service members themselves. This download includes a modified version of the lesson plan designed for middle school learners. Modification of the lesson plan was fulfilled by practicing middle school teachers.
